TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note this is a floor sample. Gowns are not in perfect condition. There may be discoloration, tears, loose threads, as well as other areas that may need to be fixed. Bridal sizing is about two sizes above street sizing. These gowns have been tried on so it is possible the size isn’t perfectly set to measurements, as it may be stretched out. By purchasing this sample, you agree and understand that this gown is not brand new and may be subject to alterations/cleaning (which is a separate fee that Kinsley James is not responsible for) in order to make it perfect for your big day. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

SAMPLE SALE PURCHASE
By purchasing a sample dress you are accepting the size and current condition of the dress. The dress has been significantly discounted for the purpose of the sample sale and no additional discounts will be taken. Your sale is “as is” and will be final purchase. No returns will be accepted.

GENERAL TERMS
All sales are final and all purchases are non-refundable. The liability of Kinsley James is limited to the refund of funds paid to Kinsley James by you. Kinsley James shall in no event be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in tort, contract, warranty, or otherwise. You have no agreement with Kinsley James other than the terms listed.
